As M & E Quantity Surveyor you have an excellent opportunity to manage a principal contractors M&E budget. You will be based on a prestigious national account whichlast year turned over approximately £210million. In terms of projects you will be managing M & E contracts that range in value from £50,000 - £7million.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have managed M & E contracts in a commercial capacity before, either for a M & E subcontractor or a main contractor. This role would suit a proactive thinkerwith ahigh level of understanding and a good track record of customer satisfaction.
