The YHA are looking for a number of Group Performance Mangers across England and Wales. You will be responsible for managing the performance of hostel managers and staff within a designated group of approximately 10-14 Hostels within a given geographical area. Part of the remit will be to mentor, support and coach the Hostel managers by conducting one to ones and providing direction to your managers.In addition you will support the Regional General Manager to ensure that hostel turnover is maintained and exceeded, whilst working within agreed budgets.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for hospitality/ leisure retail managers who have experience of working in a large single site environment looking for that first step into multisite or experienced Area Managers looking for a change. You will need to demonstrate real drive, enthusiasm and the ability to influence at all levels. In order to be successful in this role you will need to illustrate a thorough understanding of the following areas - customer focus, teamwork, planning and organising, decision making, empowerment and people development, innovation, quality and continuous improvement and excellent interpersonal skills. Energy and the desire to be part of a progressively growing and changing business is a real must.
