To provide a high quality audio typing and administration service to the teamin the South Londonoffice,showing an ability to work under own initiative and be able to prioritise own workload to deadlines. To provide general administrative, clerical and secretarial support and assistance.
This is a great opportunity to secure a fixed term contract position within a great healthcare organisation working in team environment.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a strong audio typist / administrator with a proven track record of providing this support in a team environment showing initiative and autonomy.
The required skills and experience include:
1. To provide a high quality audio typing and administration service to theteam
2. Word processing of all correspondence including letters, memorandums, agendas, minutes and reports ensuring that all such documents are accurate, timely and well presented.
3. Organise and schedule meetings using Lotus Notes
4. To maintain adequate supplies of stationery, requisitioning extra stocks as necessary for the office.
7. Ensure meetings are minuted effectively and a set of minutes are produced in a timely manner.
