Corporate Tax Solicitor

Our client seeks to recruit a Corporate Tax solicitor to join their successful team in Chichester. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience in all aspects of Corporate Tax, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisations and general advice re corporate transactions.

In addition the role holder will be advising on: property taxes, including SD/SDLT/VAT implications relating to property transactions including structuring of transactions in order to achieve tax efficient property sale and / or purchase; employment tax, including tax efficient termination payments. employment related securities and other employment income and capital issues; share schemes.

Who we're looking for
You will:
• Ideally have a tax qualification such as ATT or CTA
• Have a reasonable level of IT competence
• Be an experienced corporate tax advisor
• Be willing to participate in all marketing/business development activities
