International Training Manager

Reporting to the Head of Sales, Service and Product Training, this is a newly created position based in the London office. As the International Training Manager you will be responsible for the design, communication and delivery of training material, designed to equip all managers and sales associates within EMEA with the product knowledge and the ability to provide an exceptional experience to the customer.

The training programmes will need to be constantly reinvented to reflect each season and the new creations of bespoke packages. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading business and design creative and innovative solutions to an international client group.

This will be an autonomous and pivotal role where your contribution will significantly add value to the service offering on a global scale.

The role will be based in London but there may be a requirement for occasional international travel

Who we're looking for
Of graduate calibre you will be a creative individual with a real passion and genuine affiliation for fashion. With proven experience of design and delivery you will be a specialist in training and have experience either in fashion or luxury retail.
Candidates must have an expertise in:

• Sales training
• Service training AND/OR Product training

You will be a confident, proactive and motivated individual with advanced communication skills and an ability to influence at all levels and remotely. Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, Cantonese or Japanese would be a distinct advantage due to potential International travel.
