The energy and project finance practice of this top US firm in London focuses on international project development and financing, mergers and acquisitions, commodity trading, corporate restructuring and climate change transactions. They also have particular experience with global renewable energy projects.
Who we're looking for
You will be keen to build a career in the energy projects arena in a role that will include some interesting and stimulating work. Our client is looking for a strong NQ candidate with experience in transactional and regulatory work in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent academic qualifications and be keen to gain an excellent grounding in the market. You will be keen to play an important role in this exciting firm that prides itself in its work/life balance.
