London based Consulting firm seeks Financial Services Insurance Experts - Post Merger Integration to advise clients on their key deals
As an Insurance expert - Post Merger Integration you will provide advisory services to our financial services (including insurance) clients who are undergoing the after effects of large scales mergers and carve-outs/separations in order that they benefit both operationally and financially and experience a smooth transition throughout the programme lifecycle.
As part of the transaction process, the Post Deal team develops a rapid understanding of the target/client business in order to quickly assimilate the key operational issues, synergies, risks and upsides around a transaction. .They may then be involved in helping our clients with the post deal implementation, advising on synergies, cost reduction opportunities, implementation plans and project management.
Who we're looking for
You will be an industry expert in financial services, ideally insurance specifically from working within a leading bank or insurance firm; having a solid understanding of how the business functions operationally.
You will be a consultative individual, with a pragmatic approach to business problems and solutions.
hands-on exposure to change management and transformation, integration and M+A experience desirable
have an industry specialism and consider yourself an expert in the financial services field
you will be able to identify programme risks and the intricacies of post deal scenarios and translate these comprehensively in order to advise and untimely transform your clients business.
you should be able to handle ambiguity and offer dynamic solutions to the client
you must be numerate and have excellent academics - minimum 2.1
