This top city firm have opened an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Pensions Lawyerwishing to pursue their careerin London.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record and relevant experience from a top tier firm, ideally in the city. For this position,our client will consider not only experienced pensions lawyers, but those who have experience in another area of commercial law and wish to retrain as pensions lawyers. In particular,they would be keen to attract corporate/M&A lawyers who would handle the pensions and employment aspects of acquisitions and disposals with scope also to handle non-transactional pensions work. Several of the current partners have themselves moved into pensions from another discipline so candidates can be assured that the necessary training and support will be provided.
About our client
Magic circle firm in London. Their pensions department deals with all aspects of pensions law, including establishing, operating and winding up or merging of pension schemes.They also advise on pensions issues arising from acquisitions, take-overs, flotations, privatisations and other commercial transactions.
