This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful expanding group with a solid client base and a good mix of high quality work, with opportunities for close client contact and business development. The team has a range of clients - occupiers, investors and developers and includes as one of its specialisms, healthcare.
The Property Department consists of nine partners, 1 consultant, 24 assistants, a legal executive, a legal manager and two trainees working in five teams, which includes a planning and environmental group. In addition there are tax, construction and property litigation lawyers in other departments who work closely with it to create a Property Services group of over 50 solicitors.
The Group acts for a broad range of clients comprising institutions and banks, property companies, several major central London estates, development companies and a broad range of owner occupiers. The teams are client specific but large jobs will involve solicitors from other teams where necessary.

Who we're looking for
This position requires an assistant solicitor with experience of commercial leasing. The ideal candidate will also have experience in assisting dealing with acquisitions, disposals and prelets and will be familiar with the issues concerning the structuring of such transactions. Some experience of development work is desirable. Show ability to co-ordinate support from other disciplines and an ability to play an important role in client development.
