A role has arisen within the Commercial Contracts and commercial property team.The individual will be required to manage a Commercial Contracts and property caseload. This role is based in the West Midlands.
Who we're looking for
The correct candidate must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of managing a commercial contracts and commercial property caseload. The ideal candidate will be from a local government background and must be able to manage a commercial contracts and commercial property caseload, ideally from a local government background with a working knowledge of standing orders related to Procurement.
The commercial contracts caseload, is varied and involves aspects of
IT, telecommunications, a strong knowledge of EU procurement law and constructions contracts. Although the ideal candidate will demonstrate a broad range of experience in all of these areas, candidates that have exposure to dealing with aspects of the above will be considered seriously.
The additional requirement of the correct candidate for this vacancy will be a working knowledge of commercial property. The current caseload includes leases, acquisitions and disposal and general commercial property work.
