Commercial Lawyer

Openreach is looking to recruit an experienced commercial lawyer to join their supportive and collegiate legal team. Not only will you get the opportunity to work on a huge variety of exciting deals and provide critical legal advice to internal personnel, but you will also liaise closely with the industry regulator on matters pertaining to competition rules and customer services. In addition, you will be responsible for protecting Openreach's commercial interests by identifying and minimising legal risk.

Who we're looking for
You must be a strong commercial lawyer with proven telecoms experience, which may have been gained either in private practice or in-house. The ability to influence, persuade and communicate complex legal advice in clear terms at executive level will be very important, as will your general interpersonal and teamwork skills. A pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving will be essential.
