Practice Head, HR Consultancy

Our client is an innovative and entrepreneurial HR Consultancy who has developed an innovative methodology to enable organisations to:

• Rapidly improve productivity through alignment of people to the high performing requirements of the changed roles
• Enable line managers to take greater ownership of the change and drive the changes through the organisation
• Transition the lowest performing staff out of the organisation saving 40% - 80% of the normal cost of redundancy

The prime objective will be to achieve the sales results in our clients Business Development plan.

Who we're looking for
This is a real opportunity to enhance your reputation by consulting at the leading edge of HR practice.

The successful candidate will have experience of HR consultancy and possess the following characteristics:
• Proven track record in HR and change consulting
• Exposure to employee engagement, HR transformation, HR outsourcing, TUPE transfers or HR shared service design and implementation
• Experience of consulting within the public sector would be an advantage
• First rate project management and delivery skills
