Key to Help the Aged's aims is the Legacy team. It is the legacies left to the charity that allow the charity to fund it's work and the role of 4 team members and the Legacies Manager to administer these in addition to offering general wills and probate to advice to those who ask for it.

The Legacies Manager is now seeking to recruit a Senior Legacies Officer with significant Private Client experience to assist with the management of the team and supervision of all wills, probates and legacies related work. You will offer advice with regards to the daily queries received by the charity, actively take on probate cases, represent clients against solicitors, handle the administration of estates, manage the legacies database and assist the head of the team in creating the reports for the directors and trustees.

This is rare opportunity for a candidate with significant private client experience to move in house and work within an organisation where you can add true value. You will be given considerable responsibility and must feel confident in your ability to deal with any number of issues that arise.
