The role we are recruiting for is a Financial Accountant position and will be responsible for:
• Statutory accounts for 6 group companies and consolidation
• VAT returns
• Payroll (c40 employees), P11D, etc...

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Financial Accountant (preferably ACCA) with a proven track record within Commerce and Industry. Ideally you will have worked with Sage accounting software and Property Development exposure would be the beneficial.

About our client
Our client is a property development group of companies with a large presence in the Northwest with a wide portfolio of development across both residential and commercial schemes. Current turnover for the group is approximately £60 million.
