To project manager the procurement process for Private Finance Initiative projects on behalf of the bidding consortium. Reporting to the Bid Director you will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Project Managers and Commercial Managers in order to lead the team to a successful close and feed the projects to the relevant construction and FM teams. You will be operating in the DBFO environment and looking ideally at full lifecycle bids. Your duties will include:
• Marketing the organisation
• Overseeing the prequalification process
• Liaising with stakeholders, taking lead with discussions
• Leading the consortium in discussions with clients
• Project managing the consortium bid team
• Co-ordinating and managing consortium advisors including legal and financial advisors
• Lead the bid to a financial close

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following key skills:
• A successful track record of winning and/or executing projects
• Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team
• High level of commercial awareness
• Project management skills
• Presentation skills
• Good communicator
