Your remit will be to head up a 40+ strong Customer Contact Centre for a leading Education Board. With over 13000 clients this integral team provide outstanding client servicing - your role will be to ensure maximum performance from both individuals and the team. Setting and monitoring KPI delivery, identification of training needs, coaching/guidance, up and down the line clear communication and contribution / implementation of the divisions strategy will be key accountabilities.

Who we're looking for
Proven success within the daily management of a Customer Service or Contact Centre where the emphasis has been high servicing performance - 100% resolution!
