Specific responsibilities include:
• Managing all aspects of project planning and resourcing
• Representing the European Logistics Centre on Regional project team and integrating the new business scenarios into the day to day standard work practises
• Working cross-functionally with the project teams and the rest of the business ensuring multiple stakeholder objectives are considered
• Review and improve existing processes, making sure they are SOX compliant, tested, documented and integrated smoothly with local and regional teams
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks when required
Who we're looking for
A qualified accountant, you will be process driven with the ability to influence at all levels. You will be able to build strong business interdependent partnerships, with a proactive approach to problem solving and a desire to provide excellent customer service. You will also bring to the business your professionalism, self motivation, social awareness and teamwork skills. Experience with project management and a general aptitude for systems would be an advantage. You will be prepared to travel in connection with professional responsibilities - up to 50%.
