In the UK, Boeing are a market leader with 600 employees based through-out the UK. During the last two years, the HR team has worked to make sure the business has the HR policies and procedures needed to support rapid growth and international collaboration. Now we aim to recruit a UK HR Leader to significantly increase the development of the HR infrastructure to support both current and future needs.
Reporting to the EMEA HR Director and working closely with the UK business units, the UK HR Leader will enjoy an autonomous environment and be responsible for strategic & change agendas and operational functions, including:
• Rationalisation of key business units to enable the business to become streamlined in its approach.
• Develop and maintain HR strategies, policies, processes and systems to effectively align HR with the business strategies for Boeing in the EMEA region.
• Work closely with business unit leaders with regard to coaching on various people management initiatives.
• Undertake all generalist HR actions with focuses upon operational employee relations, learning & development, recruitment, compensation & benefits.
Who we're looking for
You will have considerable experience as an International HR professional, preferably in a stand-alone role. Ideally you will have had exposure operating within a blue chip US organisation.The person we're looking for will also have a proven track record within a complex environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to be service minded and influential at the same time.A professional HR qualification and degree are highly attractive.
