Based in Newcastle, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record to date with experience in the Residential market. You will be responsible for providing planning services for a full range of projects for the region, with typical project values varying from £1m - £10m. Previous experience of, evaluating project tender documents, bills of quantities and other project documents in order to build detailed project plans/programmes specifying time and resource requirements for projects are essential.
Who we're looking for
The successful Planning Manager will need to demonstrate the following:
• Experience of analyzing bid information and proposing timely and cost effective solutions.
• Good communicator who is confident dealing with the client when reviewing progress on live sites.
• PC skills to an advanced level.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry.
