The Bid Manager will develop and expand the social housing business in the North West and Nationwide through the preparation and submission of excellent bid proposals to Local Authority and Housing Association markets managing and delivering the procurement process through to contract award.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have :
• Bid Management knowledge in the Public & Private sector.
• Ability to service several clients with different needs.
• Delivery of 'Best in Market' sales.
• Ability to to produce Winning Proposals.
• Able to demonstrate enthusiasm, confidence and a pragmatic approach offering innovative solutions.
• Social Housing Background would be beneficial.
About our client
The client is a national organisation and has around 50offices across the country providing responsive maintenance services and decent homes refurbishment. The candidate will need to be very proactive to develop the role and it will involve occasional overnight stays.
