As part of the senior management team, you will assist in the development and further growth of the organisation. There are infinite opportunities to make a real difference and this exciting challenge will deliver job satisfaction and realistic high earning potential.

You will be able to show a demonstrable track record of delivering significant incremental growth ideally within a B2B new media or advertising sales environment. A real can-do mentality is essential as is the desire to continually over achieve expectations.

Who we're looking for
Further requirements of the role are -

• Strategic business awareness - as part of the senior management team you will assist in the direction and growth of the business;
• Excellent inter-personal skills - you will have some man-management responsibility and as such your skills both internally and externally towards franchisees and potential business partners must be exceptional;
• An entrepreneurial mind-set - always looking for further commercial opportunities;
• Experience in a franchised environment would be beneficial but not essential.
