Reporting to the Commercial and Operations Director, based in Leeds, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record to date with experience of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. You will be responsible for all commercial aspects of tenders, contracts, financial reporting and estimating functions for the region. The role will require you to be extremely commercially astute and have several years experience of managing teams.
Who we're looking for
The successful Commercial Manager will need at least 5 years experience of operating in this role for a sizeable organisation (T/O Circa £50m) within the M&E market and will need to demonstrate the following:
• Experience in Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Good communicator who is confident dealing with the client as well as managing a team.
• PC skills to an advanced level.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
• Industry recognised Quantity Surveying qualification.
• Knowledge of the building services industry.
