About the challenge:
As our business continues to grow, we're opening more regional offices and need skilled client relationship managers to ensure we maintain the high standards we're renowned for. You'll use your gravitas and credibility to deliver wealth management solutions that will make our clients' money work even harder and secure their long-term wealth. As well as a high level of face-to-face contact with your clients, you'll be involved in developing and securing new business, using your networking skills to build your client base. Because you'll be part of one of the leading wealth managers in the UK and of course, the global Barclays organisation, you'll also have support from dedicated experts and access to a vast portfolio of first-class products.
Who we're looking for
About you:
You might already be a successful Private Banker with broad experience of the financial services industry, and in particular, regulated products and services. However, we're also interested in (and will provide a comprehensive training programme to) high calibre professionals with a solid understanding of the wealth market and experience of dealing with high net worth individuals and families. Either way, you'll be the face of Barclays Wealth so outstanding relationship management and sales skills are essential and you will be adept at developing a detailed understanding of different client needs. You should also have, or be willing to obtain, a relevant qualification.
