Cost Analyst

A Cost Analyst, the successful candidate will perform the following duties:
• Pilot the monthly closures for his/her country through support and advice to the team. Lead all the actions in the country quality action plan. Coordinate external audit requirements and Cost Quality controls
• Product Costing and Stocks Valuation - Control IPV and OVH integration ensuring the weight average price accuracy. Ensure business coherence between all the costing flows. Ensure timely and accurate evaluation of the company's year end inventory using costing systems that satisfy statutory and external audit requirements
• Management Reporting - In conjunction with users of the data he/she produces (product lines, factories, etc), he/she draws up the criteria for constructing European indicators and reports to help them in the decision making process
• Process Evolution - Contributes to the progress of processes, methods and information systems / tools. Ensure standardization of transaction processing, accounting and reporting among the different companies of his/her perimeter in accordance with best practices. As an expert, participates in the European projects related to the process evolution
• Classification /Archiving - Guarantee the archiving of all documents relating to his/her scope of responsibilities. Ensure group policies compliance

A General Ledger team member. the successful candidate will perform the following duties:
• Calculate and book all GL journals
• Submission of reporting to the Group Consolidation team - Before trial balance integration, perform controls and validation in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
• Perform all GL accounts reconciliations and justifications
• Review control accounts reconciliations
• Prepare GL Audit Deliverables and Review Audit Deliverables
• Responsible for the quality of the reply to phone calls or to emails received into the Generic Email Address for the company
• Identify amendments required to the Service Level Agreement and report this to the General Ledger manager
• Produce the departmental KPI's for the company
• Attend the monthly performance meeting as the GL Department representative
• Archiving & Audit Trail - Manage the archiving for the Accounting Team in line with department procedure
• Training - Partake in training /cross-work shadowing initiatives

Who we're looking for
For both roles, the ideal Cost Analyst and General Ledger team member will possess the following traits:
