You will have responsibility for managing a small team of engineers with a primary function of designing electrical interface and control systems for steam and heat exchange solutions and components. This is to be done within time and budgetary constraints with provision of regular updates on progress in accordance with overall delivery plan. You will be the focal point and liaison for all departments from production to marketing and provide information allowing the business to move forward.

Who we're looking for
A multifaceted electrical / electronic engineer with a very broad skill set and good understanding of both electrical and mechanical control systems. Ability to demonstrate a track record in delivery of complex projects in an R&D environment on time and to budget will be key. A clear communicator and team player, you will be able to manage people, empowering them to achieve the project objective. Good PC skills and knowledge of CAD systems is essential.
