Business Development Manager

This role is both demanding and exciting. Working with some of the world's most successful and challenging organisations, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing wider and deeper relationships with existing clients.

Selling to CEO, Board and HR Director levels, you will be helping organizations solve some of their most complex and important people issues - strategic change, leadership development, coaching, employee engagement and retaining key employees.

It is a consultative selling opportunity. This means that you will not only require sales tenacity and determination but also the ability to bring the best out of the internal resources and client contacts that will help you make each engagement a success.

Who we're looking for
You will have a proven track record of successful consultative sales and probably will have sold training/consulting/professional services through HR. Indeed, you are probably in the top 15% of your current sales team and looking for a role that better rewards your hard work and the business perspective you bring to your clients and to your employer.
You will have an energy about the role and an intellectual curiosity about what it is we do and how we make a difference to our clients.

You will have the maturity and character to work under conflicting pressures and the good humour and team spirit to work closely with others who are vital to your success.

You will be creative, entrepreneurial and take great pride in delivering a job well done to your client - and in hitting your numbers every year.
