Voids Supervisor

• Supervising direct labour of around 10 operatives and organising workload in a time critical environment
• Monitoring and controlling the budgets for all aspects of void works and providing weekly feedback.
• Liaising with Lettings on property conditions as appropriate
• Agreeing all void work relating to rewiring and 'Decent Homes', monitoring standards
• Monitoring performance and providing reports to senior management

Strong administrator
Good leadership skills
