Southside Partnership is a well established South London charity seeking a driven Head of HR to support the CEO. This unique role requires a realistic butcreative approach to HR strategy developmentto support the rapid growth and changing direction of the organisation. To meet the organisations objectives, the Head of HR will develop and implement policies, refine systems and initiate organisational development. Amongst other priorities, the role-holder will support the training and development of staff at all levels to ensure effective service delivery. An emphasis on performance development is key to ensure a smooth transition of the change process, ensuring the organisation's objectives are firmly supported. Finally the Head of HR will also be responsible for the efficient functioning of the Corporate Services Team.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a motivated self starter to take a leading role in making a value driven organisation, progressive and effective. The right candidate must have:
• Experience of managing change and implementing organisational development interventions.
• Experience in design and development of relevant HR strategy.
• Knowledge of Employee Relations issues.
• Experience developing suitable HR systems, processes for managing, monitoring and measuring performance.
The role calls for a unique blend of generalist human resources and organisational development skills. The ideal candidate will have the energy and ability to deal with complex issues and change in a strategic manner, along with the motivation to shape the future direction of this organisation

Between £40,000 and £48, 000 plus benefits depending on experience
