After a period of exciting growth the senior management team are looking to identify a leading HR professional who is capable of unifying and inspiring a talented workforce, as well as enhancing the company's employment brand.
Working with a highly skilled but varied workforce you must be able to identify talent across a wide variety of specialist sectors and be able to support their growth within a growing business.
Although there is a focus initially on the talent and its enhancement within the business it is important that you have a strong generalist background to support the wider people issues within the business.
Who we're looking for
• CIPD Qualified or equivalent qualification
• Manufacturing or Engineering background will be beneficial
• A strong track record in identifying and developing talent
