• General Managers

• Duty Managers
Your General Duties will include:
• Results focused - Sales, Customer Service,Stock control and handling budgets
• managing a large volume team including senior managers
• leading your team form the front in a very hands on fashion
• Fully accountable for the day to day running of the business
• Managing a high quality brand and making sure all standards are upheld
Who we're looking for
To qualify for one of the management opportunities you will have core skills which the potential candidate has achieved through extensive work in the industry.
My client is looking for:
• Competent, innovative and professional manager with a strong business aptitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work with individuals at all levels in regards to achieving goals
• Good understanding of the industry with a good balance between food and drink
• Very Hands on but also able to delegate work
• Understanding of a P&L, sales, strategic planning, and staff mentoring
• Manage under pressure situations in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
• Able to work to a high paced,late night venue- where reactive decisions are just as important as re-active decisions
