This is an opportunity to join a successful and growing business, in a senior role, with the potential to have a direct and significant impact upon the people and the company strategy. As such, we are looking for the a quite exceptional individual.
The role will report into the CEO and support the senior management team at both a strategic and operational level. Much of the work will be done on the two sites, working closely with the plant operations managers.
The role encompasses all HR activity including employee relations, training & development, reward, resourcing and external relationship management with the unions and the local community.
