Production Engineer

Working within one of the business streams the primary function of the role is to provide support to manufacturing ensuring the production methodology for components manufacture is efficient, cost effective and to the correct quality. You will be expected to lead and manage product and process continual improvements and act as adriving force for the whole team. In time this role will develop into a position where the successful candidate will become the knowledge base of the component capabilities in the operational market and give support to both internal and external customers.

Who we're looking for
You will be able to demonstrate a good all-round general engineering knowledge gained within a manufacturing environment. This will include a strong mechanical and materials knowledge base ideally with a product development /production engineering back ground. You must be logical in approach and a clear communicator willing to be operationally hands-on. A good understanding of continuous improvement techniques and methodologies would be advantageous.
