This is a great opportunity for an individual to develop their HR Business Partner credentials. The incumbent will be supporting a Senior HR Business Partner's client group on all generalist matters for this financial services company based in London.
The role holder will provide commercially focused and technically sound HR generalist support to the business. The incumbent will support 1/2 HR Business Partners who, in turn, support demanding businesses within the Group Centre (the support functions of the Bank, I.e., Risk, Finance, HR, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Compliance etc).
The core purpose of the role is offering policy and process advice, driving key processes, rigorously executing operational and project HR activities, supporting the successful implementation of change, promoting HR controls and compliance, and growing talent within the business.
The successful candidate will do this through the key activities of hiring exceptional individuals, embedding performance management processes, supporting learning and development, managing employee relations, promoting reward for performance, analyzing and applying MI/data, and developing smart processes.

This organisation will invest in developing your HR and business skills/ knowledge across the broad range of HR disciplines. This will enable you to grow and take on even more responsibility in the future (either as an HR Business Partner or an HR Specialist).
