The main duties of the role will include management of the tender bid & pre - contract activities producing a coherent bid strategy and brief tender team. The candidate will also have to have a thorough understanding of the project, scope of work and restrictions imposed by contractual requirements and site conditions. The candidate will also attend bid settlements and conduct presentations whilst also identifying future opportunities.
Who we're looking for
The candidate will have :
• Knowledge of the affordable housing market (Refurbishment and New Build).
• Proven record of delivering bids to tight deadlines through single and two stage procurement.
• Current Design Standards and legislation plus sustainability requirements.
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of current pricing levels is a must.
