A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to focus on developing and maintaining sales across Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. The main focus will primarily be in the UK , France, Germany, Italy and Spain. This role will require up to 50% travel primarily in Europe but sometimes to the Middle East and South Africa. Whilst in the UK you will be tasked with the management of the Superwinch sales department based in Tavistock, Devon, and you will be a key part of the top management team that will establish the strategic direction of the company.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have strong European sales experience and the drive and commitment to penetrate the European market. With a background in selling technical products you will have a track record in developing new business and growing accounts. General management skills and prior general management with P& L experience would be of benefit. You must be prepared to travel extensively and have the enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude to take on a very challenging yet rewarding role .
