Working in Management Consultancy Managing a team of consultants in UK and Europe and tactically managing the clients and their teams, the Project Manager is the main link between the client and Lausanne Consulting
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering the financial and qualitative results committed to the client
The Project Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the "more work and extension" strategy on the projects
The Project Manager has a major role in internal training, coaching and development of the project team in accordance to the teams career paths and development plans
Who we're looking for
You have a minimum of 4 years experience in change management / implementation consultancy or other broad business related experience. As well as your mother tongue you speak English and preferably another major European language and are highly mobile
Motivated, ambitious, with a high level of personal organisation, you have excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
You will have demonstrated success in technical and tactical project set-up and project management, incl.
Work stream development
Identification, evaluation and implementation of the improvement potential
The development and agreement of detailed project objectives and schedules
Project steering and task force development and management
Change management and user buy-in
