As a Specialist in Lean Manufacturing, you will work in a team of consultants in the role of expert in engineering or manufacturing, helping clients to achieve new performance highs. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design and realization of Lean Manufacturing approaches, developing tailor-made solutions working closely with clients. You will share your experience and knowledge with colleagues internationally, thereby expanding their know-how and refining their approaches in the field of Lean Manufacturing.

Who we're looking for
• You have a solid knowledge, based on practical experience, of several areas of Lean Manufacturing, maintenance and reliability or ramp-up planning, e.g., the Toyota Production System, kaizen methods, TP, TQM, policy deployment, JIT, Kanban, Hoshin, SMED, 5S, Poka Yoke
• You have professional experience in the introduction and implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts
• You have an excellent university or technical college degree, with a technical or business specialization
• You have outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• You show great initiative and creativity, working well both on your own or in a team
• You are confident, personable, and mobile
• You are able to convince others through your written or spoken communications - in the language of the country where you will work, as well as in English.
