Our client is looking for talented individuals to strengthen their team of consultants working in Lean Manufacturing, part of their Operations Practice. Their clients include leading companies worldwide from a wide range of industries. They offer their managements support and advice on strategic and operational questions relating to Lean Manufacturing.
To strengthen this Practice in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the UK and Scandinavia, they are looking for a number of people for a two-year program to become Specialists in Lean Manufacturing.
During the two-year program at one of their Production Systems Design Centres (PSDC) in Germany, France, Sweden or the UK, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to help firms achieve excellence in their operations. You will work with companies from a wide variety of sectors, from assembly to service industries, and learn the principles of lean production from leading international experts. After completing the program, you will become one of a group of specialists focusing on implementing key changes in the field of operational excellence.
Who we're looking for
• You have an excellent university degree, with a technical or business specialization
• You have experience in the Operations field
• You have for example experience in the introduction and implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts
• You have outstanding analytical skills
• You show great initiative and creativity, working well both on your own or in a team
• You are confident, enthusiastic, personable, and mobile
• You are able to convince others through your written or spoken communications - in the language of the country where you will work, as well as in English.
