Internal Communications specialist.

A newly appointed and dynamic executive board has embraced a bold new strategic vision, designed to further drive growth, underpinned by an aggressive programme of transformational change and cultural re alignment within the business. The Board has identified the appointment of a similarly fast paced and ambitious Head of Internal Communications as crucial to the success of this strategy.

Who we're looking for
• An International role, reporting to an executive board member, with significant exposure to the CEO, working closely with and accompanying both on all major business commitments.
• Develop a best-practise and continuous improvement culture with regard to internal communications, striving to create highly effective and industry-leading internal communications capabilities, with the emphasis on innovation and responsiveness.
• Leading the internal communications team, with full responsibility for developing a multiple bandwidth communications strategy for articulating global corporate leadership messages internally, managing perception and making full creative use of all communication vehicles.
• Ensuring quality and consistency of corporate messages, ensuring all colleagues are effectively informed and briefed.
• A board-facing opportunity to impact and influence the future success of a fast pace and evolving business, in the midst of transformation.
• Graduate education, MBA or higher degree is desirable.
• An established communications professional with experience in handling multi-faceted communications strategies in large, blue chip businesses, which are complex, fast paced and people dependent.
• Clear and concise communicator with the ability to communicate both up and down the organisation. In particular, a firm emphasis is placed on strong and creative writing skills in delivering key leadership messages .
