The role holder is a proactive Account Manager or Specialist, who acts as the desk based point of contact for the customer/partner developing long term customer relationships. He/she is responsible for delivering against personal revenue targets and closing own contracts, as well as engaging with others / specialists to deliver customer requirements as necessary
Who we're looking for
The Ideal candidate will have:
?á Ideally to have experience in Desk Based selling, and delivering against a multi channel strategy.
?á Professional approach to team and client relationships
?á Track record of delivering against revenue targets.
?á Good awareness and knowledge of all low / medium complexity products and services in core business areas,
?á For DBAMs - knowledge of a couple of key ICT areas
