You will work in a Commercial Property team that consists of a partner and an assistant solicitor. The firm has a separate Residential Conveyancing team
You will join the Commercial Property team to handle:-
• Sales and purchases of Commercial Property
• Drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and associated matters
• Mortgages/Remortgages of Commercial Properties
• Some high value matters.
Who we're looking for
Our client requires someone:
• Who has a good academic background and who completed their training contract with a good quality firm.
• Who has previous experience of handling Commercial Property work either during and/or after their training contract.
•Who has a knowledge of, or links with, the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area would be an advantage.
The idea candidate needs to be interested in being involved in the marketing of the department and building on their capability to attract their own business in the future.

Our client is a growing practice, consisting of 9 partners. The firm is well known in their area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout the Thames Valley.
