As the General Manager of this branded restaurant, you will be responsible for all elements of the customer experience as well as the profitable running of the business. This competitive market requires a keen eye for detail, a clear appreciation of customers' expectations and a love of the trade.
Who we're looking for
As a General Manager you will have a proven track record in developing sales, driving profitability and controlling overheads. You will ideally come from a restaurant background and be comfortable handling large numbers and a high number of covers.
