The Assistant Facilities Manager will be concentrating mainly on the Hard Service contracts over their portfolio of schools in the Bristol. You will be based at their main site and commute to the other school locations when required, managing the sub contracted workforce covering plant equipment,building maintenance and Health and Safety legislation. This role will provide the right individual with an opportunity to progress their career in an Established national organisation.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Assistant Facilities Manager will have experience of managing external contractors and have an understanding of M&E, fabric maintenance, grounds maintenance and Health and Safety Legislation. You will be looking to develop your abilities within an organisation that can offer you the support and scope to move your career forward.
