Asset Backed Funding Manager
Bracknell, Berkshire
• Manage the Company's Liquidity, and funding via structured facilities
• Manage Documentation of Structured funding facilities
• Manage and coordinate due diligence and ensure that it follows Company process and is completed in the correct timelines
• Liaise with Capital Markets, Finance, Corporate Treasury, otherentities on funding issues and recommend solutions, and advise the Director of Funding and Liquidity where necessary
• Ensure legal compliance with the asset backed funding agreements and setting up best practices in order to monitor and progress issues
• Enhance systems and models to adequately analyse structured funding facilities
• Effectively communicate with both internal and external business partners such as: Sponsoring Banks, Auditors, Capital markets and Rating Agencies
• Manage development and training of front office professional to ensure department objectives are met
• Provide support and explanations to the business regarding the Treasury department
• On going ad hoc Treasury Projects
• Develop and lead a team of Treasury Analysts

Who we're looking for
• Demonstrable evidence of experience within a Corporate Treasury/structured finance role
• Proven experience of leading & managing a team
• Strong analytical skills and delegation skills
• Proven computer and financial modelling skills
• Self starter, ability to use own initiative
• Excellent team working and communication skills
• Proven ability to operate to tight deadlines: high standards of integrity and reliability
