Training Delivery Consultant

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of the in house management and soft skills training in the UK and Europe.
This will include:-
• Front line delivery of their development programmes.
• Identification of additional training requirements within the business.
• Ongoing evaluation of all training delivered to ensure clear reporting.
• Providing support and advice to individuals around their personal development.
• Meeting with external suppliers to keep abreast of training initiatives and seek innovative training solutions.
• Developing a learning culture.

Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with experience of delivering soft skills training and of producing training materials. Strong evaluation skills need to be combined with an ability to research courses delivered by external suppliers. You must have a willingness to travel across the United Kingdom and Europe.
