The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Maintain control of and update Blueprint database for 120 group companies as and when required, including statutory registers.
• Review board minutes and implement changes to company boards/structure as needed - i.e. resignation/appointment of directors.
• Completion and submission of relevant statutory forms/minutes to Companies House within the prescribed time period. E.g. - Annual Returns, amendments to directors info etc, changes in share capital.
• Prepare and arrange signing of board minutes.
• Renew and update Consumer Credit Licences/Data Protection Licences.
• Liaise with Corporate Company Secretaries to maintain various overseas subsidiaries
• Liaison with accounts/auditors to ensure all report and accounts are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Assist with adhoc enquiries - shareholders, share schemes, pensions.
• Confirm statutory information to the business as and when required.
• Renewal of UK and International trade marks through our specialised trade mark attorneys.
• Liaise with brands and conduct basic searches of trade mark registers to determine viability of new applications and obtain quotes from advisors as required.
• Consider possible cases for trade mark oppositions and advise brands accordingly. (Assistance given by trade mark attorneys).
• Maintain in-house trade mark database and filing systems to ensure smooth running and easy information reference.
• Re-charge external advisors fees to appropriate brands.
• Data Protection Notifications to Information Commission
• Co-ordinate data subject requests

Who we're looking for
Key skills and experience required:
• I.C.S.A qualified - essential
• Broad company secretariat and trade mark working knowledge
• Self starter with ability to proactively build relationships at all levels of business
• Confident and professional approach
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, adaptable and personable
