Specific responsibilities include:
• Liaising with the Project teams to ensure all accounting flows are seamlessly integrated into standard accounting processes
• Working closely with Corporate & Franchise Finance to ensure accurate reporting and resolution of queries.
• Providing management information and analysis for senior management as required
• Provide training and guidance to Intercompany business partners
• Ensuring accurate and timely VAT submissions are made
• Ensuring Internal Control / SOX processes are reviewed, followed and tested regularly.
Who we're looking for
You should be a training or Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or Qualified by Experience. You will have very good computer skills, particularly Excel and MS Office. You will thrive in a pressurised environment, be highly self motivated, be open minded and have a positive attitude. You will be a very strong communicator who is comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team, influencing others to ensure deadlines are met. You will be prepared to travel in connection with professional responsibilities - up to 50%.
