This role will be responsible for effecting operational effectiveness across HR including the establishment of operational standards & an HR governance framework.
In addition, the role holder will have responsibility for ensuring that risk within HR is effectively monitored and managed.

• Risk Management (including SOX)
• Process engineering
• Management information analytics and reporting
• Team leadership
• Senior Stakeholder management
• Planning
• Project Management
Essential
• Proven track record in HR operations & process improvement either within a large corporate or consultancy
• Risk management and reporting - developing and implementing a risk management strategy to compliance against governance and controls.
• Experience of senior stakeholder management
• HR Project Management
