Due to a change in structure with the business moving toa more professional services HR model, my client has the current need for 2 HR Business Partners. Reporting into the Head of HR Change, you will work across all business units on specific HR-related projects closely linked to the current business need. This is a great opportunity for a commercial HR professional to work in an HR function where HR return on investment is vital and will give the right candidate excellent exposure to different facets of HR, including organisational change, TUPE, off shoring and employee engagement.
Who we're looking for
You will likely have a generalist background within a blue-chip business and preferably have some specialist knowledge in one or more of the above areas. With the ability and confidence to work successfully with senior leaders across the business, you will enjoy the variety that HR project work can bring.
