Reporting to the Brand Planning Manager, the Marketing Planning Executive will help identify and make recommendations on key growth opportunities and brand positioning for Clarks across our international markets, developing a clearly defined plan of brand and marketing activity that supports new market and product launches.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Identifying and making recommendations on key growth opportunities and strategies for Clarks in international markets.
- Identifying and making recommendations on how the Clarks' brand positioning and brand architecture will need to be changed to support the international growth ambitions of the business.
- Communicating and training the use of the Clarks' brand definition and architecture across all parts of the business.
- Defining and managing the process for developing marketing activity that supports the business plans of all product teams, channels and markets.
- Making recommendations on how marketing resources can best be deployed to achieve objectives in the most effective manner across markets.
You'll deliver:
- A clearly defined and effective marketing planning process that supports the range planning cycle and is understood and bought into by the key managers in the brand and product teams.
- Marketing activity plans for all product areas, key markets and channels.
You'll be able to influence and gain buy-in at senior level, as well as communicate Clarks' brand positioning to all key stakeholders to ensure the plan is effectively implemented across the business.
Who we're looking for
The right candidate for this Marketing Planning Executive role will have a proven track record of evaluating market information to make recommendations for growth and development, as well as managing a multimedia
marketing plan. You'll also be able to demonstrate your organisational, analytical and communication skills, and most importantly be prepared to challenge the status quo to help ensure our continued success.
